How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Firefly Studios account and associated data, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Send an email to ryan@fireflystudios.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include the phone number associated with your Firefly Studios account so we can locate your account.
3. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

How to Request Data Deletion Without Deleting Your Account

If you would like to delete specific data associated with your account without deleting the account itself, send an email to ryan@fireflystudios.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and specify which data you would like removed.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your user profile (name, phone number, email)
• Saved delivery addresses
• Payment method details
• Push notification tokens

What Data Is Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or business purposes for up to 90 days after account deletion:

• Order history and transaction records (required for financial reporting)
• Payment transaction IDs (required by our payment processor)

After the 90-day retention period, all remaining data is permanently deleted.
